This proposal was thoughtfully designed to document your wedding weekend in a meaningful and seamless way — from your welcome party in downtown Golden through the wedding day itself.


With both photography and videography coverage, your memories are preserved in a fuller, more immersive way. Photography captures the emotion, beauty, and fleeting moments with artistry and care, while film allows you to relive the movement, voices, atmosphere, and emotion of the day all over again. Together, they create a timeless record of not only how your wedding looked, but how it truly felt.


The inclusion of a second photographer also allows for more depth and seamless storytelling throughout the day — capturing multiple perspectives, candid interactions, guest moments, and details simultaneously so your gallery feels complete and comprehensive.


My goal throughout the entire experience is for you to feel fully present and at ease, knowing every meaningful moment is being documented with intention, artistry, and care so you can relive your wedding weekend for years to come.

Once the quote has been accepted, I’ll send over your contract and retainer invoice within 24 hours. Your wedding date will be officially reserved once the contract is signed and the retainer is paid.


From there, I’ll be in touch throughout the planning process and will help guide you with timeline support to ensure everything flows smoothly.
